When we first met Katie, we were all in awe of her height as most of us at the clinic average around 5’ 1” - 5’ 4” on a good day. But besides her incredible height, when Katie smiles you can see it from a mile away! So when she’s playing volleyball and going down to spike that ball in your face, you can’t hate her because she does it with a big big smile 😁 Like most of us Katie loves the outdoors, galavanting across the globe 🌍, and stuffing her face with some good food (mostly noods…all types of noods…she doesn’t discriminate on the types of noods)! 🍜

🏔️ So if you’re itching to hit the slopes or hike up those mountains, or talk about types of noods, slide into our DMs or call us to book an appointment with her! She may or may not be waiting for you with a bowl of noods 🍜

There are many personalities at the clinic and we felt like the one thing we were missing was quirky. Sally definitely fulfills this role by eating the stems AND leaves off of strawberries, eats kiwis like apples, eats sandwiches and burgers in a circle, and eats both ends of a hotdog (apparently it’s the only way to eat a hotdog according to her).

All jokes aside, Sally fits right into our clinic vibe as we are all quirky! She’s a big foodie like the rest of us (loves matcha, noods, and potatoes to be exact), she loves a hot girl walk, and exploring/trying new coffee shops. On the weekends or when she’s not at work she loves hosting dinner parties and cooking for the people she loves!

So if you’re a little quirky, love eating random things, and/or going on hot girl walks, make sure you call to book an appointment with her! In the meantime, she’ll be prepping the menu for her next dinner party!

We knew Carmen would fit right in as her love for food is basically a never ending list, just like us 🤩 She is a strong advocate in movement: whether it be doing a few wiggle-jiggles or squatting it down low, she believes that any movement is better than no movement 🕺

If you can’t find Carmen at the clinic, she’s probably enjoying a walk around a park, at a cool new restaurant or a fancy ice cream shop, or doing some fun activities around town! All that aside, Carmen is ready to support and hype you up throughout your entire rehab journey!

Will is the type of person whose heart is as big as his stomach! This guy is not only incredibly sweet and warm, but also genuinely loves and cares for those he meets. He’s easy going, hilarious to talk to, and has RHF (resting happy face)…seriously, his smile is more contagious than COVID. However, just cause he’s got a joyful demeanour, doesn’t mean that he doesn’t have a competitive streak! It just means that as he’s crushing you in volleyball, Mario Kart, or eating, he’ll at least be doing it with a smile! Seriously tho, this boy ate 3000+ calories worth of ramen in one single sitting in Japan…he doesn’t mess around when it comes to food.

So if you’ve injured yourself by playing all the sports in one day or by sitting on your ass trying to beat the best in Mario Kart, this empathetic bottomless pit is the guy for you! He’ll definitely get you back to doing all the things that you love to do….with a smile of course!
