When we first met Katie, we were all in awe of her height as most of us at the clinic average around 5’ 1” - 5’ 4” on a good day. But besides her incredible height, when Katie smiles you can see it from a mile away! So when she’s playing volleyball and going down to spike that ball in your face, you can’t hate her because she does it with a big big smile 😁 Like most of us Katie loves the outdoors, galavanting across the globe 🌍, and stuffing her face with some good food (mostly noods…all types of noods…she doesn’t discriminate on the types of noods)! 🍜

🏔️ So if you’re itching to hit the slopes or hike up those mountains, or talk about types of noods, slide into our DMs or call us to book an appointment with her! She may or may not be waiting for you with a bowl of noods 🍜

Jenn is our resident yogi and one of the biggest foodies at our clinic. When she’s not stuffing her face full of chips/chocolate/McD’s/sushi/poke/ice cream/etc, you can find her out in the mountains either snowboarding, hiking, or camping. Along with her massive appetite, her giant heart and witty sense of humour brings a ton of energy and youth to our team.

Jenn’s approach to physiotherapy is definitely unique and unconventional. Her physiotherapy practice has not only been shaped by over 14 years of yoga training, but also by Dr Linda Joy Lee’s Connect Therapy approach. This one-of-a-kind approach to assessments and treatments brings a completely different framework to our team. So whether you’re looking for a food/restaurant recommendation or wondering if your left pinky toe is causing your neck pain, Jenn will literally bend over backwards to figure it out for you!

We knew Carmen would fit right in as her love for food is basically a never ending list, just like us 🤩 She is a strong advocate in movement: whether it be doing a few wiggle-jiggles or squatting it down low, she believes that any movement is better than no movement 🕺

If you can’t find Carmen at the clinic, she’s probably enjoying a walk around a park, at a cool new restaurant or a fancy ice cream shop, or doing some fun activities around town! All that aside, Carmen is ready to support and hype you up throughout your entire rehab journey!

Will is the type of person whose heart is as big as his stomach! This guy is not only incredibly sweet and warm, but also genuinely loves and cares for those he meets. He’s easy going, hilarious to talk to, and has RHF (resting happy face)…seriously, his smile is more contagious than COVID. However, just cause he’s got a joyful demeanour, doesn’t mean that he doesn’t have a competitive streak! It just means that as he’s crushing you in volleyball, Mario Kart, or eating, he’ll at least be doing it with a smile! Seriously tho, this boy ate 3000+ calories worth of ramen in one single sitting in Japan…he doesn’t mess around when it comes to food.

So if you’ve injured yourself by playing all the sports in one day or by sitting on your ass trying to beat the best in Mario Kart, this empathetic bottomless pit is the guy for you! He’ll definitely get you back to doing all the things that you love to do….with a smile of course!

When we first met Janelle we were instantly drawn to her sweet and caring demeanour. Her contagious smile and “go with the flow” personality makes her easy to get along with. Not only does she exude a positive energy, but she also encompasses the best qualities you want in a physiotherapist (kind, warm, caring, to name a few!)!

If Janelle isn’t at the clinic, she’s probably hopping on a plane looking for her next adventure around the world looking to experience life as much as she humanly possibly can. However, if she can’t hop on a plane, the next best thing for her to do is to play all the sports - including bouldering, snowboarding, spike ball, badminton…again, to name a few….
